I am a third year litigation associate at a small law firm. After two years at one of the largest firms in the city, I escaped to a saner and more rewarding environment. Although still relatively new to the legal profession, I have some experiences to share with those who are considering a legal career or are interested in the practice of law from the perspective of a fledgeling associate.
